Humboldt is a small community at its best!
The City of Humboldt is a great place to live! It is a clean, safe town with wide streets, a dozen parks, walking trails, and many other amenities for citizens to enjoy. Due to its progressive, pro-development attitude, the city is still growing after 150 years. According to the Census, Humboldt has grown by more than 5% over the last 10 years. Humboldt provides exceptional opportunities for families and businesses alike. With a dozen major employers right in town, residents have a diverse set of employment options in the community. Additionally, the Humboldt Community School District is first class and continues to be a strong pull for new families to the area.

Oak Hill Church will be hosting a Family Fun Night on Wednesday, June 24th, 2026 - 5PM - 8PM
There will be inflatables, tours of the new Oak Hill Christian Academy and a hot dog supper.
Humboldt Community School District Online Registration starts July 1, 2026
Humboldt County Fair Board is hosting their annual pancake breakfast on Saturday July 4th from 7AM to Noon at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds.
The Humboldt Swim team is hosting the AHEELA Swin Conference meet. The event will bring 300+ athletes and their families. The event begins at 8:00am and will finish at 4:00pm. (approximately)
