Registration Open (Deadline December 4th)! Griswold and Elegant Categories. Open to residences in City of Humboldt & Dakota City city limits.
Registration is free. Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place in each category.
Public Voting will open December 6th with all voting forms due by December 18th.
Winners announced December 20th.
